Added the features required to make the shop (version 5.1 or greater) able to generate quote.

Added External payment support

Added the support for external payment method, when an external payment method is used, the invoice is not elligible for payment and will stay with an open balance.

🚀 Improvements

Improved payment run process

The payment run process now do more check on the unpaid invoice before loading them to reduce the server load.
This mean that invoices that can't be paid will not be loaded anymore.
