Added opportunity mail synchronisation

Email can be imported from an email account to opportunities.
After having configured at least one email account (imap and smtp) and folders to scan, a cron job will import the mails automatically.
Email are imported into an opportunity if it's an answer to an email sent via the opportunity send mail option.
Or, email can be imported if his subject contains an opportunity reference or name.
Email can be manually imported using a dedicated page.

Added opportunity calendar synchronisation

In opportunities section, you can export meeting invitations and opportunities deadline to calendar events.
Events can be exported as ics file or a link to be regularly updated.
